Ke70 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. ke70 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of login information to a third party. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ke70 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of a false identity, or any conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any unclaimed credit balance may be forfeited subject to case assessment.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Ke70 users are responsible for ensuring all activities within their account comply with these terms and applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the security systems of the ke70 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Transferring or selling your account to another individual.
- Using the platform on behalf of another individual without written authorisation.
Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in legal action and account closure without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the ke70 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately their own and not derived from any unlawful source.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits are subject to minimum limits as determined by your chosen payment method. ke70 is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes set by the platform, depending on the method selected by the user.
Suspected Fraudulent Transactions
Ke70 reserves the right to freeze transactions or accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to request supporting documentation from the user before processing any withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
